- 2. PASSPORT SUBMISSION: TO FACILITATE NECESSARY PROCESSING, YOUR ORIGINAL PHYSICAL PASSPORT MUST BE SUBMITTED AT OUR DELHI OFFICE AT LEAST 25 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE. YOUR PASSPORT WILL BE SECURELY RETURNED TO YOU UPON YOUR ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU.
